What My Students Says
Dr. Neelu Bhargav
I am my madam’s first scholar, at that time when I had just come out after doing M.Sc. I saw that madam was a hard working intelligent professor in the university as well as a very cultured daughter-in-law at home. At that time Mehta Babuji took me directly to madam and since then till today I am with madam.
I am attached in the same way, while doing research work with madam, I used to live like a nine learner, who did not know anything, neither to live well, nor to work smartly, everything was taught to me by my madam. Work manual in university at that time It used to happen. The trend of computers was not that much. But doing practical for 6-7 hours continuously, compiling it and going far and wide to the library. Overall very hard work but the credit goes to madam for getting the work done tirelessly. Because madam had so much moral support that even hard work became easy. She used to teach to do every work herself. She used to teach from whom and how to take help. Many times my week’s work used to be completely spoiled due to a small mistake, there was a lot of tension in my mind, but slowly everything started to feel comfortable. There was full support of my madam that whenever there was depression, madam used to do the work of bringing her out of depression. Madam never compromised with her work. It was a moment of pride when he used to ask me before approaching madam. Our relationship was like that of mother and daughter but my madam was always strict in terms of work. Many times I got scolded for my mistake and scolded without any mistake, but when madam used to realize, she used to convince me too. It was a very lovely relationship. At that time all the girls in the hostel used to talk about their guide but no one had the relation that I had with my madam. At that time Professor Sati Prasad Banerjee was the strict HOD in the Chemistry Department but he was also very polite with the new people.
Sagar University was famous in the field of education. The location of this university situated on a hill and large departments and high quality work not only established this university on the whole world, almost all the professors of that time were foreign returnees. People used to look at me with respect as soon as they heard about doing PhD in this university. My research work in Chemistry also got published in International Journal and at the time of publication in National Journal, I presented many papers in seminars. Went to Banaras in the Indian Council of Chemistry, where I presented a paper related to the oxidation of amino acids, which was highly appreciated by the then higher authority. I believe that I could not rise much in the field of higher education.
Today I am the Vice Principal of CM Rice Model Higher Secondary School, Dewas (Madhya Pradesh). I keep publishing my papers in the field of education. My work with students continues unabated, today I am an educationist after doing Master in Education and National Education Policy 2020 on education, I have also published my papers in NCERT in the field of adult education. is published. A manuscript has also been published National Education Policy point number 7 model cluster. I have presented papers in Education in International seminars. But the ideals given by Madam are still present in me.
Regards to my guide Professor Archana Pandey madam with lots of good wishes.

my Experience in university :In 2003, I enrolled at Dr. Hari Singh Gour University to pursue a Master’s degree in chemistry. Coming from a small college, I fell in love with the university environment. It felt like a dream come true. Even though I left the university 15 years ago and am now 41 years old, I still feel a strong connection to the atmosphere there.
Despite being well settled in the USA, I have a deep desire to work in the chemistry department.
I vividly remember that I had initially planned to do my Ph.D. under Yadav sir. However, upon arriving at the university, my seniors influenced me to work with Panday mam instead. I recall the day I couldn’t meet with her, so I began calling her continuously, pleading for her to accept me as her student. After a few days, she called me and conducted an interview with Vineeta mam and me. Finally, I secured a position under her guidance.
At the time, I was a simple girl, or as we say in Hindi, a “Jhalli girl,” lacking confidence in my speech, behavior, and English language skills. But Madam supported me at every step, nurturing and grooming me. I can never forget that I was the first scholar to have the opportunity to work with drug polymicells and nano carriers. Due to my prior industrial exposure, I excelled and worked swiftly in my research. However, I learned from Madam how to analyze the data and draw meaningful conclusions from them. In short, my five-year journey was like a roller coaster ride. There were moments when I considered giving up, but Madam always advised me to be patient and persevere. Finally, in July 2010, I was awarded my Ph.D.
Currently, I am a drug regulatory scientist working in Atlanta, USA, all thanks to her. Madam believed in me more than I did myself. We developed a mother-daughter-like relationship, and her house and the university became my second home.
Words cannot express my gratitude towards Mam for her significant contribution to my life. I owe everything to the university life and Prof. Panday, as well as the late Prof. Limay and the entire dedicated faculty and staff of the chemistry department. I am truly blessed and honored to have been a part of it all.

I know madam (Prof. Archna Pandey) from very early of my postgraduation (M.Sc.) time. Whenever she used to come to take class, seems to be very energetic. When I got enrolled in PhD, I initiate my research work under her supervision. Madam was renound professor of chemistry in India.
She has done a lot of work and published more than hundred research papers in the field of polymeric nanoparticles and drug release kinetics. The atmosphere of madam’s lab has always been very exilent because of there was no discrimination in senior-junior. She encourages us to do betterment of research work. By behaviors she was very kindhearted and supportive. Whenever there was a problem in research, Madam would easily find out solution for research problem and suggest us very easiest way. Apart from being a dignify teacher, Madam is also treated like a mother. Under her supervision i published fifteen research papers in international journals and also attended many workshops, symposiums, national and international conferences. Also published a book chapter and one patent. With the blessings of madam, my PhD was awarded and at the present time I am working as an Assistant Professor in Government College Rahatgarh, Sagar (Madhya Pradesh). I pray to God for her long and healthy life.
With Best regard
